We’re Joe and Michelle Kopriva. We live just outside Larkspur, Colorado with our 5 kids, and share the land with our trusty horses, chickens, dogs, and cats.
Snow Creek Ranch is our labor of love. For 3 generations we’ve been raising and selling the most amazing Black Angus beef available.

A Tradition of Excellence
When Michelle’s folks, Doc and Glenda, bought a few head of cattle to raise on their ranch near Coffeyville, Kansas, their goal was simple: to raise the best beef possible for their friends and family. Doc was convinced that you shouldn’t have to go to a high-end restaurant to get the tender, well-marbled beef he had in mind.
Thanks to Doc’s expertise in genetics, over time our cattle became more and more pure. And more and more delicious.
So we thought, “why keep this amazing flavor to ourselves?” For the last 15 years, we’ve worked hard to bring you the best-tasting, most tender beef on the market!

Grandma Kisses Every Cow
At Snow Creek Ranch, we always say “Grandma Kisses Every Cow,” and she really does! Glenda and Doc tended the herd together while he was alive, making sure that each cow lives a healthy, happy life, and she still makes the time to train our cowhands, Quality Control our feed program, and generally safeguard the well-being of our cows.
We think it’s the best way to bring tender steaks, comforting roasts, and mouthwatering, world-famous Steak Burger from our family ranch to your family’s dinner table.
