Red Wine Marinade
from the kitchen of Molly Bieshaar
Yields ~1/3 cups of marinade
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients, stirring well until blended.
