Grandma's Roast

Grandma’s Roast is sometimes referred to as an English Roast, but it was Doc’s favorite, so around here we call it after his favorite gal! This roast is fairly lightly marbled, but has a beautiful fat cap on one side that melts as it cooks.

Pikes Peak Roast

A little on the leaner side, but still full of beefy flavor. Slices beautifully for sandwiches!
